١) طبيعة الخدمة
قياس محرّك بحثٍ وتجميعٍ إخباريٍّ آليّ. نحن لا نُنتج الأخبار ولا نحرّرها؛ بل نفهرس ما تنشره المصادر ونربطك بها. الملخّصات والترجمات التي يولّدها الذكاء الاصطناعي آليّةٌ وقد تحتوي أخطاءً، والمرجع دائمًا هو النصّ الأصليّ لدى المصدر.
٢) لا ضماناتٍ على الدقّة أو التوفّر
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توفّرها». لا نضمن دقّة أو اكتمال أو حداثة أيّ خبرٍ أو ملخّصٍ أو ترجمة، ولا نتحمّل مسؤوليّة أيّ قرارٍ تتّخذه بناءً عليها؛ تحقّق دائمًا من المصدر الأصليّ.
٣) الملكيّة الفكريّة
حقوق الأخبار والصور والعناوين والعلامات التجاريّة تخصّ مصادرها الأصليّة. أمّا ملكيّتنا فمحصورةٌ في: البرمجيّات، وطريقة التجميع والفهرسة وقاعدة البيانات ككلّ، والترجمات والملخّصات الآليّة (موسومةً بأنّها آليّة)، وتصميم الواجهة. لمزيدٍ من التفاصيل وإجراءات الإزالة انظر حقوق النشر والإزالة.
٤) الاستخدام المقبول
- يُمنع الكشط الآليّ المكثّف أو تحميل الخوادم بما يضرّ الخدمة أو تجاوز حدود المعدّل عمدًا.
- يُمنع أيّ استخدامٍ غير قانونيٍّ أو يخالف حقوق الغير.
- يُمنع محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها أو الوصول غير المصرَّح به.
٥) المساعد الذكيّ
«العقل» و«محلّل الأخبار» أدواتٌ للأغراض الإعلاميّة والمعرفيّة فقط، وليست نصيحةً قانونيّةً أو ماليّةً أو طبيّة. أجوبتها آليّةٌ وقد تكون ناقصةً أو غير دقيقة.
٦) روابط الأطراف الثالثة
يحوي الموقع روابط إلى مواقع المصادر الأصليّة. لا نتحكّم في محتواها ولا نتحمّل مسؤوليّته، وزيارتك لها تخضع لشروطها.
٧) حدّ المسؤوليّة
إلى الحدّ الذي يجيزه القانون، لا يتحمّل قياس أيّ أضرارٍ مباشرةٍ أو غير مباشرةٍ ناشئةٍ عن استخدام الموقع أو تعذّر استخدامه.
٨) القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، وتختصّ محاكمها بأيّ نزاعٍ ينشأ عنها.

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط، ويسري التعديل فور نشره على هذه الصفحة.

1) Nature of the service
Qyas is an automated news aggregation and search engine. We do not produce or edit the news; we index what sources publish and link you to them. AI-generated summaries and translations are automated and may contain errors; the source’s original text always governs.
2) No warranty of accuracy or availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any news item, summary or translation, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on them; always verify with the original source.
3) Intellectual property
Rights to news, images, headlines and trademarks belong to their original sources. Our ownership is limited to: the software, the compilation/indexing and the database as a whole, the automated translations and summaries (labelled as automated), and the interface design. 4) Acceptable use
- No heavy automated scraping, server overloading, or deliberate rate-limit circumvention.
- No unlawful use or use that infringes the rights of others.
- No attempts to breach, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
5) The AI assistant
The assistant is for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial or medical advice. Its answers are automated and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
6) Third-party links
The site contains links to original source websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content; your visits to them are subject to their terms.
7) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Qyas is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
8) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms; changes take effect once posted on this page.
