Warm During the Day, Mild at Night... High of 34 Degrees

The Meteorology Department forecast that Thursday would see hot and humid weather across the country, particularly in coastal areas, with partly to mostly cloudy skies and a chance of scattered light rain, as well as the possibility of blowing dust. The department noted that daytime winds would be variable to southeasterly, light to moderate in speed, ranging from 8 to 32 kilometers per hour, with a maximum temperature expected to reach 34 degrees Celsius. It added that nighttime weather would be mild and humid, especially in coastal regions, with partly cloudy skies and southeasterly to variable winds, light to moderate in speed, ranging from 6 to 28 kilometers per hour. It pointed out that scattered rain showers would continue during the night, with fog likely to form in some areas, and predicted a minimum temperature of 24 degrees Celsius.
