Earnings per share rose to 27.56 fils, up 5.4% year-on-year, while net financing revenues increased by 4.8% to reach 989.5 million dinars. Al-Marzouq stated that the results reflect the Group’s successful strategy in achieving sustainable and balanced growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and optimizing the use of resources and assets, thereby supporting the Bank’s strong financial position and its standing in the banking sector.

He added that total operating revenues grew by 6.7% to 1.452 billion dinars, driven by growth in core activities, while total operating expenses decreased by 3% due to expense control and cost rationalization. As a result, net operating revenues increased by 11.7% to 1.005 billion dinars, and the cost-to-income ratio improved to 30.8%, down from 33.9% in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Financing and Deposits Growth

On the financial position front, total financing receivables stood at 23.4 billion dinars at the end of the third quarter, a 7.5% increase compared to the end of last year, while total assets rose by 2.4% to 43.8 billion dinars.

The capital adequacy ratio was recorded at 17.22%, exceeding regulatory requirements, reflecting the strength of the Bank’s capital base.

Al-Marzouq emphasized that the continued strong performance reflects the robustness and resilience of the Group’s business model in dealing with economic and geopolitical changes, alongside effective risk management and adherence to governance standards. He clarified that the Bank continues to implement its long-term plans aimed at developing services, accelerating digital transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and developing human capital.

For his part, Khalid Al-Shamlan, CEO of Kuwait Finance House Group, said the results confirm the Group’s operational efficiency, the strength of its business model, and its ability to sustain growth despite economic and geopolitical changes.

He added that the diversification of revenue sources and the Group’s presence in 10 countries, through a network of more than 600 branches, support performance stability and revenue enhancement, alongside continued development of financing and credit capabilities to meet the needs of individuals and businesses.

Al-Shamlan noted that the Bank continues to invest in technology and innovation, highlighting the execution of more than 600 million digital transactions within one year and the provision of over 200 services via the “kfhonline” platform, which contributes to improving customer experience and boosting operational efficiency.
