Bahrain’s Foreign Minister, Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, stated that an attack on any Gulf state is an attack on all. During a meeting of the foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries in Bahrain, Al Zayani condemned the “terrorist attacks” carried out by Houthi militias against civilians. He reaffirmed the GCC’s solidarity with Saudi Arabia and emphasized the Council’s support for any measures the Kingdom takes in self-defense.

In Egypt, the National Defense Council reviewed current regional developments and the serious situations unfolding in the region, particularly in light of the escalating and unacceptable attacks against Saudi Arabia. The Council decided to provide all necessary and feasible forms of support to Saudi Arabia to defend its security and stability, safeguard its resources, protect its territorial integrity, and preserve Islamic holy sites.

Meanwhile, Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki, spokesperson for the forces of the “Coalition for the Restoration of Legitimacy in Yemen,” announced the interception and destruction of two ballistic missiles launched by Houthi militias toward Khamis Mushait, as well as two drones targeting the Riyadh area and another in the Eastern Province.

He reported that an AH-6I reconnaissance helicopter crashed due to a technical malfunction in the Najran region within Saudi territory, resulting in the martyrdom of its crew. He denied Houthi militia claims that an Apache helicopter had been shot down.
