The Official Gazette, “Kuwait Today,” published the decisions of the Board of Directors of the Central Tenders Committee at its 87th meeting of 2026, which included approving the award of two tenders to Kuwait Oil Company for road network maintenance services, with a total value of 37.016 million Kuwaiti dinars.
The Committee approved awarding tender group RFP-2143095, concerning road network maintenance in Ahmadi City and the company’s field areas in southern and eastern Kuwait, for a total value of 26.397 million Kuwaiti dinars, distributed across three lots. The first lot, valued at 8.646 million dinars, was awarded to the sixth lowest bidder; the second lot, valued at 10.176 million dinars, to the fourth lowest bidder; and the third lot, valued at 7.575 million dinars, to the fifth lowest bidder. This followed the rejection of the lowest-priced bids due to their non-compliance with technical conditions and specifications.
The Committee also approved awarding tender RFP-2134797, concerning road network maintenance in Kuwait Oil Company’s field areas to the north and west, for a total value of 10.619 million Kuwaiti dinars, to the fifth lowest bidder that met the technical conditions and specifications, after excluding the lowest-priced bids for failing to meet the technical requirements.
