The Meteorology Department has forecast stable weather conditions across the country over the weekend, with temperatures remaining within their normal ranges. Winds will be from the northwest to variable directions, light to moderate in speed. The weather will be hot during daytime hours and warm to moderate at night.

Deputy Director of the Department, Essam Al-Ali, told KUNA yesterday that weather conditions are improving as the country comes under the influence of an extension of the Indian monsoon low, which is gradually receding to allow a high-pressure system to extend from the northwest, bringing scattered clouds.

Al-Ali added that on Friday daytime, the weather will be hot with northwest to variable winds, light to moderate in speed, ranging from 10 to 30 kilometers per hour, with some scattered clouds. Maximum temperatures are expected to range between 41 and 43 degrees Celsius, and sea conditions will be from light to moderate waves, ranging from 1 to 4 feet.

He noted that Friday night will be warm to moderate, partly cloudy, with variable to northwest winds, light to moderate in speed, ranging from 8 to 28 kilometers per hour. Minimum temperatures are expected to range between 24 and 26 degrees Celsius, and sea conditions will be from light to moderate waves, ranging from 1 to 3 feet.
