Operation 'Dawn of Yemen' continues victories... Coalition destroys ballistic missiles

The coalition supporting legitimacy in Yemen announced the interception and destruction of a ballistic missile launched by Houthi militias toward Khamis Mushait, and another toward the north of Riyadh, noting that the occupied capital, Sana’a, and the provinces of Saada and Amran are the sources of Houthi missile threats. Rashad al-Alimi, chairman of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, stated that the armed forces and all military formations are fighting their battles with steadfastness and capability across various fronts as part of Operation “Fajr al-Yemen” (Yemen’s Dawn), highlighting the progress achieved and the resilience displayed, which “confirm that the initiative is now in the hands of the state and its armed forces, on the path to ending the coup and the protracted humanitarian suffering.”
Al-Alimi, while monitoring developments of Operation “Fajr al-Yemen” for the second consecutive day, praised the victories of the armed forces, all military formations, and popular resistance in recent hours across several combat axes, noting the bravery and high competence demonstrated by their heroes and commanders in managing the battle and inflicting heavy losses on the Iran-backed militias.
For his part, the Saudi Cabinet affirmed the Kingdom’s full support for the Presidential Leadership Council, the legitimate government, and the Yemeni people in ending the coup in the country and restoring the state and its institutions from the terrorist Houthi militia, which has chosen military escalation as an alternative to peace, deepened the humanitarian and economic suffering of Yemen and its people, and continued to threaten the region and navigation in the southern Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandab strait.
This came during the cabinet meeting chaired by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman in Riyadh, where regional developments were reviewed, and the cabinet was briefed on the substance of the Crown Prince’s meeting with Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa, including an overview of the prospects for relations and areas of cooperation between the two countries, as well as discussions on recent developments in the region.
