Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and FDI Promotion Authority organize International Partners Forum

The Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) and the Direct Investment Promotion Authority (DIPA) organized the International Business Partners Forum yesterday, Wednesday, under the theme “Direct Procurement and Sustainable Supply for the Kuwaiti Oil Sector,” at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Centre, with participation from a number of local and international companies and commercial entities related to the oil sector.

In a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the corporation said that organizing the forum is part of its efforts to enhance direct and transparent communication with business partners and investors, to introduce the regulatory requirements, registration and qualification mechanisms, and procedures for dealing with the corporation and its subsidiaries, as well as to showcase the investment opportunities available in Kuwait and in the oil sector.

The corporation emphasized that the forum reflects its commitment to enhancing transparency and simplifying direct contracting procedures with local and international suppliers, in light of the recent amendments to the law establishing the corporation under Law No. (67) of 2026.
