Al-Hawila: Accelerating digital transformation steps to improve services

Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood Affairs, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwail, emphasized the importance of accelerating digital transformation and developing electronic services and systems to streamline procedures, reduce processing times, enhance performance efficiency, and improve the quality of services provided to citizens and clients. During her meeting with senior officials of the ministry, Al-Huwail stressed the need to prioritize clients and expedite the processing of their cases, strengthen cooperation and coordination among the ministry’s sectors, and remove administrative obstacles that delay the interests of beneficiaries, while adhering to the laws and regulations governing work.
