Kuwait’s Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Care of the Court’s Affairs, Nasser Al-Sameet, announced today, Wednesday, the distribution of annual dividends at a rate of 11.8 percent for the year 2025 to the accounts of beneficiaries under the Authority’s care.
This came during a board meeting he chaired, attended by the Acting Director General of the Authority, Aliya Al-Saqqa, and board members, where the progress of operations was reviewed and several agenda items were discussed.
Al-Sameet emphasized the importance of continuing to develop the services provided to beneficiaries under the Authority’s care, and enhancing the efficiency of investment management to contribute to achieving better returns. He noted that the Authority’s investment policy aims to deliver distinctive returns within a safe and balanced framework that safeguards and enhances the rights of those under care.
He stressed the need to continue institutional development efforts and strengthen transparency and performance efficiency, in support of the Authority’s objectives and its mission to care for the Court’s affairs and its beneficiaries.
The Board discussed a number of administrative matters and decisions related to performance improvement and service quality enhancement, alongside reviewing the minutes of the previous meeting and following up on the implementation of decisions issued therefrom.
