'Public Works' Monitors Asphalt Layer Laying Works as Part of Road Efficiency Improvement Plan

The Ministry of Public Works continues to carry out major maintenance works on the Seventh Ring Road heading toward Fintas, as part of the Road Engineering Sector’s efforts to enhance road efficiency and improve infrastructure standards. In a press statement issued yesterday, Sunday, the ministry said the works are being implemented in accordance with directives from Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan to intensify monitoring, follow-up, and on-site supervision, accelerate the pace of completion, and ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with approved quality standards and technical specifications. It clarified that the ongoing works include laying asphalt layers, and noted that specialized engineering teams continue to monitor the various stages of maintenance implementation on the ground, thereby contributing to improved road efficiency and elevated maintenance standards.
