Meteorology: Hot and partly cloudy weather... Highs reach 42°C

The Meteorology Department forecast that Kuwait will experience hot and partly cloudy weather today, Thursday, with a noticeable rise in relative humidity, particularly in coastal areas.

In its daily report, the Department indicated that winds during daytime hours will be variable to southeasterly, light to moderate in speed, ranging between 8 and 30 kilometers per hour, with favorable conditions for scattered light rain in some areas.

During nighttime hours, the Department stated that conditions will become warm to moderate, with partial cloud cover persisting and humidity increasing along the coasts and islands. Winds will be southeasterly to variable, light to moderate, with speeds between 8 and 32 kilometers per hour, while the possibility of scattered rain remains.

Regarding expected temperature levels, the Department noted that the maximum temperature will reach 42 degrees Celsius during the day, while the minimum will drop to 28 degrees Celsius at night.
