The unified government electronic services application “Sahl” has launched a new menu titled “Report,” aimed at expanding direct communication channels between citizens, residents, and government entities regarding services and facilities related to their daily lives, and enhancing participation in improving service quality and addressing feedback quickly and efficiently.

In a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Wednesday, the Executive Committee for the “Sahl” and “Sahl Business” applications said that the “Report” menu allows citizens and residents to submit reports and feedback directly to the relevant government entity, with the ability to track the status of their reports electronically through the application.

It added that the new service helps streamline procedures, accelerate the delivery of reports to concerned authorities, and improve the efficiency of response and follow-up.

The committee clarified that the “Report” menu currently includes the Ministry of Public Works, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Public Authority for Communications and Information Technology, the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition, the Public Authority for Combating Corruption (“Nazaha”), the Capital Markets Authority, and the Kuwait Municipality.

It noted that additional government entities are expected to join the menu in the coming stages, thereby broadening the scope of available reports and strengthening the role of the “Sahl” application as a unified government platform for communication, service delivery, and follow-up.

It pointed out that the launch of the “Report” menu is part of the continuous development of the application and the expansion of integration among government entities, providing users with a single unified government portal that combines service provision, communication, and follow-up in one place.
