Public Prosecution 'Kuwaitizes' ... Termination of 62 Non-Kuwaiti Employees

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice, Awatef Al-Sand, announced yesterday the commencement of the second phase of the “Tawteen” plan for supporting judicial positions, specifically for the role of investigation secretary in the Public Prosecution. Al-Sand stated that the second phase involves the termination of services for 62 non-Kuwaiti employees working in the Criminal Execution Departments, External Communications – Public Prosecutor’s Office, Criminal Courts, Documentation, Real Estate Registration, Sharia Documentation, and Administrative Development and Planning, following the completion of training and qualification of national personnel to assume the targeted roles.
