Al-Faleh discusses cooperation between Kuwait and the Republic of Korea with the South Korean Ambassador

State Minister for Development and Sustainability, Dr. Reem Al-Faleh, met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the State of Kuwait, Jang Hyun Kim, to discuss avenues of cooperation between the two friendly countries in the fields of sustainability and enhancing food security.

In a statement issued to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Thursday, the Ministry of Development and Sustainability said that Dr. Al-Faleh received Ambassador Kim at the headquarters of the Public Authority for Environment. The meeting also explored ways to cooperate in land reclamation and smart agriculture, as well as the potential to leverage Korean technologies and expertise in fish farming.

The statement noted that the meeting comes within the framework of the commitment to strengthening cooperation between Kuwait and the Republic of Korea and developing areas of shared partnership that serve the interests of the two friendly nations.
