Applied Science and Human Building discuss new partnership to empower youth and develop society

The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET) and the Human Building Association for Social Development held talks yesterday, Thursday, on ways to enhance joint cooperation in the fields of community development and human empowerment, alongside developing partnerships in developmental and community-related areas.

The Director General of PAAET, Dr. Hassan Al-Fajam, emphasized during the meeting between the two parties the authority’s commitment to strengthening its community role, in line with its educational and training mission. He stressed the importance of building effective partnerships with civil society institutions and exchanging expertise to support human and community development efforts.

Al-Fajam noted that cooperation between the two sides could contribute to implementing flagship initiatives and programs aimed at serving the community, highlighting the importance of leveraging the academic and training expertise and resources possessed by PAAET to support initiatives with community impact.

The meeting discussed the potential implementation of programs and initiatives targeting human development and youth empowerment, enhancing skills and capabilities, as well as promoting a culture of social responsibility and volunteerism.

For his part, Khalifa Al-Ghanim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Human Building Association for Social Development, praised the role played by PAAET in the fields of education, training, and community service.

Al-Ghanim expressed the association’s aspiration to strengthen cooperation with PAAET and open new horizons for partnership in areas of mutual interest, thereby supporting developmental and community initiatives.

The meeting concluded with an emphasis on continuing coordination between the two parties and exploring future areas of cooperation, to enhance community partnership and support initiatives aimed at serving the community and developing human capital.

The Human Building Association for Social Development is a registered public benefit association officially licensed by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor. It aims to organize specialized training courses for social care categories, promote human development, and raise awareness of the importance of volunteer and humanitarian work, thereby contributing to preserving the fabric of society.
