National Guard adopts new organizational structure to enhance efficiency

Deputy Commander of the National Guard, Major General Hamad Al-Burjiss, affirmed that the new organizational structure of the National Guard is based on the principles of justice, transparency, and equal opportunity, in accordance with standards of specialization, competence, and the ability to perform tasks and responsibilities, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the work system and raising performance levels.

This statement was made during a meeting held by Al-Burjiss with senior commanders and officers of the National Guard, attended by the Assistant for Financial Affairs and Human Resources Management, Major General Riad Tawari, on the occasion of the approval of the new organizational structure.

He clarified that the development of the structure comes within a comprehensive vision to strengthen institutional work, enhance coordination among various units, and clarify competencies and responsibilities more clearly, in line with the requirements of the coming stage.

Al-Burjiss stressed that competence, experience, and specialization are fundamental pillars in assigning responsibilities and assuming positions, calling for continued teamwork and leveraging human expertise and capabilities, while encouraging talents to pursue continuous development and acquire more skills.

He emphasized that leadership positions are a responsibility and a trust that require commitment, discipline, and effective performance of duties, urging officers to serve as role models in bearing responsibility and placing the interests of the National Guard and the service of the nation above all else.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Al-Burjiss conveyed the congratulations of the National Guard leadership to the officers on their assumption of new positions, wishing them success and achievement in fulfilling their responsibilities.
