“Reviving Heritage” Calls on Parents to Enroll Their Children in Quran Memorization Circles

The Islamic Heritage Revival Society has called on parents to take the initiative in enrolling their children in Quran memorization circles organized by its Quran Memorization Center in the Salhiyah area. The society clarified that classes in all circles will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays after the afternoon prayer at the Al-Sabeekat Al-Faris Mosque, located in Salhiyah, District 2.
These activities are part of the Islamic Heritage Revival Society’s efforts, through its various committees and centers, to promote the recitation, memorization, and proper pronunciation (tajweed) of the Holy Quran among youth. The society also focuses on preserving the science of Quranic recitation styles (qira’at) and certifying participants who have memorized the entire Quran by heart with accurate tajweed and mastery, under the supervision of qualified scholars who adhere to scientific standards in the certification process.
The society further noted that it oversees more than 500 Quran memorization circles for both males and females across Kuwait through a specialized department, the Quran Department. Additionally, thousands of circles bearing the name of Kuwait and its benefactors operate worldwide, supported by Kuwaiti philanthropists both within and outside the country.
