The “Ataa” Charity Association affirmed that knowledge serves as a fundamental pillar for elevating humanitarian and charitable work, and that scientific and administrative expertise contributes effectively to developing institutional performance, strengthening its mission, and serving beneficiaries. This statement came as the Association extended its congratulations and best wishes to its General Manager, Dr. Omar Al-Shaqra, on the occasion of his earning a PhD in Islamic Sharia from the Faculty of Dar Al-Oloom at Cairo University, with first-class honors.
