Civil Status Authority warns 'Huwiyati' users: Do not accept authentication requests unless initiated by you

The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has cautioned citizens and residents who use the Huwiti app not to approve authentication requests unless they are initiated by the user themselves.

It emphasized the importance of verifying the service provider’s details and the purpose of the authentication before accepting, in order to safeguard information security and ensure safe usage.
