Interior Ministry: Four suspects arrested for importing drugs for trafficking and consumption

The Ministry of Interior announced yesterday the arrest of four suspects in two separate cases involving the smuggling, trafficking, and use of narcotics and psychotropic substances. The General Administration of Relations and Security Media stated that the Criminal Security Sector, represented by the General Administration for Combating Narcotics, in coordination with the General Administration of Customs, arrested three suspects in a case involving the importation of narcotics and psychotropic substances from abroad through a land border crossing with the intent to traffic them. The seized items included 300 tablets of Captagon, 150 grams of cocaine, 150 sheets of the drug “A4,” 10 grams of hashish, and a sensitive scale.
