Defense Minister Discusses Military Aspects with British Ambassador

Defense Minister Sheikh Abdullah Ali Al-Salim Al-Sabah met today, Monday, with Qudsi Rashid, the Ambassador of the friendly United Kingdom to Kuwait, to discuss a number of issues of mutual interest, particularly those related to military aspects and ways to bolster cooperation between the two countries.

The Ministry of Defense stated in a press release that Sheikh Abdullah Al-Sabah received the British ambassador at his office, where the meeting featured friendly exchanges and discussions on frameworks to enhance bilateral cooperation and develop the historical ties linking Kuwait and the United Kingdom in military and defense affairs.

The statement noted that the meeting was also attended by the British Defense Attaché and the commander of the British military mission in Kuwait.
