123 real estate contracts worth 56.5 million dinars traded during the week

Statistics released yesterday by the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department at the Ministry of Justice showed that 123 real estate contracts were traded during the week from August 2 to 8, with a total value of approximately 56.5 million Kuwaiti dinars.

The statistics, published on the ministry’s website, indicated that private real estate contracts led the market with 100 contracts valued at 36.4 million dinars, followed by investment real estate contracts in second place with 22 contracts worth 19 million dinars. Coastal property transactions came in third, with a single contract valued at 1 million dinars.
