1,253 wanted persons and law violators apprehended in Jaleeb Al-Shuyoukh

The Ministry of Interior announced the apprehension of 1,253 security wanted persons and individuals violating residency and labor laws as part of the comprehensive security campaign ongoing in the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area, implemented under the directives of the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef.

In a press statement yesterday, the Ministry noted that the campaign’s results included the apprehension of 36 children from incest cases, accompanied by their mothers, with necessary legal measures taken against them and their referral to the competent authorities.

It added that the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy reduced electrical loads in the Farwaniya Governorate by 60 percent following the disconnection of power supply to 1,200 illegal residences. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Public Works identified 1,432 houses at risk of collapse, closed 20 illegal sewage connections, and treated 60 cases of street flooding in the area.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued 256 seizure reports and issued 10 closure orders, while the Ministry of Health treated 784 cases at the shelter and referred 61 cases to hospitals. The General Fireforce carried out 188 administrative closure orders.
