Death toll from Israeli genocide in Gaza rises to 73,317

The Gaza Strip Ministry of Health announced on Saturday that the death toll from the genocide being committed by Israel against Palestinians has risen to 73,317, following the registration of six fatalities in the past 48 hours.

In its daily statistical report, the ministry stated that hospitals received six deceased individuals during the past 48 hours, including four who were killed in new attacks and two who died from their injuries, as well as 37 injured people.

The ministry did not clarify the circumstances surrounding the new casualties, while the Israeli army continues to violate the ceasefire agreement in effect in the Strip since October 10, 2025, through shelling and gunfire.

It added that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, as ambulance crews and civil defense teams are unable to reach them.

The ministry clarified that the toll of casualties from Israeli violations of the agreement has risen to 1,191 dead and 3,853 injured.

It reported that the total number of victims of the genocide committed by Israel since October 8, 2023, has reached 73,317 dead and 173,961 injured.

The ceasefire agreement, which ended the genocide that caused widespread destruction affecting approximately 90 percent of civilian infrastructure alongside the casualties, was reached, but Israel continues to violate it in various forms.
