Central Agency and Social Security agree to complete and activate automated linking procedures

The Central Agency for Addressing the Status of Illegal Residents and the Public Authority for Social Insurance agreed today, Sunday, to complete and activate the procedures for automatic linkage between the two parties, thereby contributing to enhanced data exchange, service development, and faster processing of transactions.

In a press statement, the Central Agency said this came during a coordination meeting following a meeting between the Agency’s Chairman, Saleh Al-Fadlallah, and the Acting Deputy Director General for Insurance Affairs and Automated Systems at the Social Insurance Authority, Salama bin Salama.

It clarified that the meeting was chaired by the Acting Secretary-General of the Agency, Colonel Dr. Sharif Al-Kandari, and attended by several officials and leaders of the Agency and representatives of the Social Insurance Authority. The parties discussed areas of cooperation and joint coordination and reviewed matters of mutual interest.

The Agency added that the meeting underscored the importance of maintaining direct communication and complementary roles between the two parties, and of overcoming procedural and technical obstacles to ensure smooth operations, improve performance efficiency, and facilitate procedures in accordance with approved frameworks and regulations.
