The Army Force of the Kuwaiti Army, in collaboration with the Signal Corps, concluded Exercise “Desert Flash/1,” which was conducted from November 3 to 5, under the patronage and in the presence of the Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Sharhan.
The Chief of Staff’s office stated in a press release on Friday that the exercise aims to enhance preparedness and readiness to execute communications plans according to situational requirements, and to enable officers to assess and analyze the situation, thereby ensuring communications continuity and rapid response to various emergency conditions.
It noted that the exercise was attended by a number of senior commanding officers in the Army.
