Responding to a question about the possibility of resuming the war against Iran next week, Trump said he would not discuss the matter with the media.
He added that the United States had destroyed Iran’s nuclear capabilities, but one or two sites still needed to be addressed, emphasizing that this could be done within 10 minutes.
Trump clarified that the “Mount Fars” site is among the remaining Iranian locations that need to be dealt with, noting that his country can move against it very quickly.
He stressed that Washington is in no hurry regarding Iran, having destroyed, according to him, its naval and air forces and air defense systems.
Trump reiterated that Iran will never possess a nuclear weapon, pointing out that Iranians want to reach an agreement, adding, “We’ll see what happens regarding that.”
In a separate matter, responding to a question about the US warning Russia of a potential terrorist attack, Trump said he would receive a briefing on the matter on Sunday.
He expressed his belief that the war between Russia and Ukraine would end in the near future.
