Decree Reconstituting the Board of Directors of 'Public Tenders'

The Official Gazette, “Kuwait Today,” published Decree No. 172 of 2026, which reconstitutes the Board of Directors of the Central Tenders Committee, with Essam Daoud Ahmed Al-Marzouq serving as President.
Article One of the decree stipulates the reconstitution of the Board of Directors for the remainder of the term of the board formed under Decree No. 81 of 2024, as follows:
- Essam Daoud Ahmed Al-Marzouq as President.
- Hifaa Fahd Hamoud Al-Jarallah as Vice President.
- Abdullah Mohammed Abdullah Diab as a member.
- Muasid Mahous Sulaiman Al-Saeed as a member.
- Mishari Jasim Mubarak Al-Mubarak as a member.
- Ahmed Ali Ahmed Qasim as a member.
- Tayba Yousif Mubarak Al-Qabandi as a member.
Article Two stipulates that the Minister of Finance shall implement the decree, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
