The Ministry of Justice announced that 253 candidates—men and women—passed the written electronic examination for supervisory positions, out of the 259 who attended the test held at the University of Kuwait, with a total of 271 applicants having applied.

Deputy Minister of Justice and Chairperson of the Supervisory Positions Committee, Awatif Abdul Latif Al-Sand, affirmed that the examinations were conducted in accordance with the highest standards of transparency and integrity, ensuring equal opportunities for all applicants. She noted that competence, experience, and merit constitute the primary foundations for selecting candidates for supervisory roles.

Al-Sand clarified that the Ministry will complete the nomination and selection procedures in line with approved systems, regulations, and decisions, ensuring the selection of the most competent individuals capable of shouldering supervisory responsibilities.

She added that this step aligns with the Ministry’s commitment to strengthening national and leadership competencies, and providing opportunities for new cadres to assume supervisory positions, thereby contributing to the development of institutional performance and enhancing the quality of services provided to clients.
