Saudi Civil Defense: Early Warning System Activated in Najran Region to Alert of Danger

Saudi Civil Defense announced today the activation of an alert via the National Early Warning Platform for Emergency Situations in the Najran region to warn of a potential hazard.

Through its official account on the “X” platform, Saudi Civil Defense urged the public to follow safety guidelines and official instructions, remain calm, and immediately move to the nearest safe location inside a building or an interior room away from windows, staying there until the danger has passed. It advised against leaving homes or buildings, avoiding open areas and glass, and refraining from standing on balconies or rooftops.

The authority also called for contacting the emergency number (998) if any danger is observed, and adhering to instructions issued by relevant authorities through official channels.
