Saudi Civil Defense announced on Thursday that the threat had passed in Najran after issuing an early warning.
Earlier, Saudi Civil Defense had issued an early warning in the city of Najran, urging residents to follow safety guidelines and official instructions.
In a statement, Civil Defense called for calm and directed people to immediately move to the nearest safe location inside a building or an interior room, away from windows, and to remain there until the threat subsided. It advised against leaving homes or buildings, avoiding open areas and glass, and refraining from standing on balconies or rooftops.
The agency also urged people to call the emergency number 998 if they observe any danger and to follow instructions issued by relevant authorities through official channels.
