Foreign Minister Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber met today, Wednesday, with his Saudi counterpart, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on the occasion of his official visit to the Kingdom.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release that Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber reiterated during the meeting Kuwait’s strong condemnation and rejection of the terrorist attacks carried out by the Houthi militia on several areas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as their attempts to target Mecca and Medina.

He stressed that these heinous attacks constitute a blatant violation of the Kingdom’s sovereignty, a flagrant breach of international law and international humanitarian law, a clear infringement on the sanctity and religious status of Islamic holy sites, and an affront to the sentiments of Muslims around the world.
