Narcotics Control Arrests 4 Suspects in 3 Drug and Psychotropic Trafficking Cases

The General Directorate for Combating Narcotics has arrested four suspects in three separate cases involving the trafficking of narcotics and psychoactive substances, as part of ongoing security efforts to combat such activities and apprehend those involved.

The Ministry of Interior stated in a press release that the cases resulted in the seizure of 200 capsules of the psychoactive substance “Larica,” 650 grams of marijuana, and three sensitive scales.

It added that two of the suspects are wanted under arrest warrants and have outstanding desertion reports on record.

The ministry confirmed that the suspects and seized items have been referred to the competent authorities to complete the necessary legal procedures.
