His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, received, in the presence of His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, on the evening of today, Giorgia Meloni, Prime Minister of the friendly Republic of Italy, and the delegation accompanying her, on the occasion of her official visit to the country.
During the meeting, the close bilateral relations between the State of Kuwait and the friendly Republic of Italy were reviewed, highlighting their continuous development across various fields, alongside discussions on ways to strengthen, develop, and expand the scope of bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries, particularly in the economic and defense sectors, in a manner that serves their shared interests.
Several issues and topics of mutual interest were also discussed, along with the latest developments and updates on the regional and international fronts.
