Kuwait Municipality announced the removal of 92 abandoned vehicles and the issuance of 48 violations during field campaigns carried out by the General Cleanliness and Road Obstructions Department of the Farwaniya Governorate Municipality Branch, as part of its efforts to maintain public cleanliness, preserve the city’s aesthetic appearance, and eliminate anything that mars the public landscape or obstructs roads.
The Municipality’s Public Relations Department stated in a press release that the violations ranged from issues of public cleanliness to road obstructions, noting that 449 warnings, notices, and commitments were issued.
It added that field teams removed 2,751 tons of waste, in addition to issuing four permits for road obstructions and renewing four others.
