Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Sharhan, held talks with Alexei Frolov, Deputy Director of the Russian Federal Agency for Military Cooperation, on issues and topics of mutual interest.
The Chief of Staff’s office said in a statement on Thursday that Lieutenant General Al-Sharhan received the Russian military attaché and his accompanying delegation at his office, in connection with their visit to the country. The two sides exchanged friendly remarks and discussed views on a number of issues and topics of mutual interest, as well as ways to enhance and develop relations between the two countries.
The meeting was attended by the Russian Ambassador to the country, Vladimir Giltov, and several senior commanding officers of the Army.
