'Public Works': Full and partial closures on Riyadh and Ghaws roads starting Friday dawn

The Ministry of Public Works announced a partial closure of the Fast and Middle lanes on King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Road (Riyadh Road), starting from opposite the Al-Khalidiya area up to the Fifth Ring Road intersection, heading toward Kuwait International Airport, effective from dawn on Friday, October 16, 2026.

The Ministry also announced, in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, a complete closure of the bridge ramp at the intersection of Al-Ghawse Street and Khalifa Talal Al-Jarri Street for traffic heading from the Seventh Ring Road to the Al-Raqqa area, and a partial closure of the bridge descent for traffic heading from Al-Raqqa to the Seventh Ring Road, effective from dawn on Friday, October 16, 2026.
