The Traffic and Operations Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Interior emphasized the necessity for motorcycle riders and delivery vehicle drivers to cross designated speed bumps correctly on all roads in Kuwait, and to avoid passing them from the sides or squeezing between the speed bump and the sidewalk, in order to ensure their safety and that of other road users.
The sector clarified that bypassing speed bumps from the sides poses a risk to the motorcycle or vehicle driver and to other road users, urging all motorcycle riders and delivery vehicle drivers to reduce speed when approaching speed bumps and to adhere to safe crossing practices, in order to avoid violations and safeguard public safety.

It was stressed that violating these instructions warrants the impoundment of the motorcycle or vehicle for 60 days, along with the imposition of administrative measures against the driver according to the nature of the violation.
