Education Ministry Opens Registration for 'Microsoft Teams Updates' Program

- Targets teachers, department heads, and technical coordinators; launches on October 25

The Ministry of Education, represented by the General Administration of Development and Training, announced the opening of registration for the training program “Microsoft Teams Updates,” aimed at developing the digital skills of educational staff and introducing participants to the most prominent updates and new features in the application.

The Ministry emphasized that the program aims to familiarize participants with the latest tools and features available in Microsoft Teams, thereby contributing to the development of the digital work environment and enhancing the efficiency of managing classes and meetings, as well as leveraging available technical capabilities to support the educational process.

It clarified that the program targets teachers and department heads during the evening sessions, alongside technical coordinators for Islamic Education, French, Mathematics, English, and Arabic subjects during the morning sessions. The training programs for both groups will commence on October 25, 2026.

The Ministry stressed the importance of participation by the target groups, highlighting that the program represents an opportunity to develop digital skills, stay abreast of technological advancements, and utilize modern tools to enhance educational practices and improve performance efficiency in the educational field.

The Ministry called on the target groups to proactively register via the “Ta” platform for training and professional development through the Ministry of Education’s website, and to take advantage of the training programs offered by the General Administration of Development and Training, in support of continuous professional development and keeping pace with digital transformations in the educational system.
