Today, Sunday, Emir Decree No. (163 of 2026) was issued appointing experienced members to the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Kuwait for a term of three years: Sheikh Abdullah Jaber Al-Duwaikh Al-Ibrahim Al-Sabah, Radab Mohammed Youssef Al-Roumi, Hala Adel Youssef Boursali, and Farah Abdulaziz Saud Al-Abdulrazzaq.
The decree entrusts the Minister of Finance with its implementation, takes effect from the date of its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
