Saudi Civil Aviation: Attack Targets King Khalid Airport in Riyadh, Operations Temporarily Suspended

The Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation announced on Saturday that Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport was attacked in the afternoon, resulting in a number of injuries that are currently being tallied.
The Authority stated in a press release that the attack occurred amid ongoing blatant assaults targeting civil aviation facilities in the Kingdom.
It added that operational operations at the airport have been temporarily suspended pending the completion of damage assessments and verification of facility safety, in coordination with the relevant authorities.
