Fire Chief discusses force readiness to handle rainy season

The Commander of the General Fire Force, Major General Talal Al-Roumi, chaired a meeting today, Thursday, to monitor the progress of operational and logistical plans for responding to the rainy season.
In a statement issued by the Force, Major General Al-Roumi stressed the importance of joint coordination among relevant government entities and working as a unified team to protect lives and property and strengthen the community security system, noting the commitment to providing all necessary technical and human resources in this regard.
The statement noted that the meeting was attended by the Force’s deputy commanders and field and administrative leaders, where proactive measures were discussed to enhance the efficiency and readiness of the Force’s various sectors to respond to any reports or emergencies with high efficiency, speed, and responsiveness.
