The Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced on Thursday the issuance of 19 inspection reports for various commercial violations, following an inspection round conducted by the Al-Ahmadi Governorate inspection team at several commercial establishments in the Khiran Al-Bahari area.
The ministry clarified that the most prominent violations included the seizure of counterfeit goods, holding sales or promotional offers on goods without prior authorization, and failing to clearly and conspicuously display the prices of goods offered for sale to consumers.
It added that the violations also included non-compliance with the regulations governing the sale and distribution of energy drinks, reaffirming that all necessary legal measures have been taken against the offenders.
