The Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwail, emphasized the importance of accelerating digital transformation and developing electronic services and systems, which contribute to simplifying procedures, reducing the time required to complete transactions, enhancing performance efficiency, and improving the quality of services provided to citizens and clients.

During her meeting with senior officials of the ministry, Al-Huwail stressed the necessity of prioritizing clients and expediting the processing of their transactions, strengthening cooperation and coordination among the ministry’s sectors, and removing administrative obstacles that delay beneficiaries’ interests, while adhering to the laws and regulations governing work.

She directed that periodic meetings be held with senior officials to monitor the progress of work, and to provide her with regular statistics and reports detailing the volume of achievements and completed tasks, alongside presenting clear plans and strategies for each sector, linked to specific timelines and measurable indicators.

Al-Huwail called on senior officials to uphold a sense of trust and responsibility, work as a unified team, and keep God in mind in their work. She noted that “my door is open to them to address any obstacles facing work, and that I am ready to work and cooperate with them in any department or sector, in service of the ministry’s interests and those of the clients.”
