The Ministry of Public Works continues to carry out major maintenance works under new road maintenance contracts, which cover 13 main roads and 42 areas across the six governorates, from October 3 to 8, as part of its efforts to enhance the efficiency of the road network and improve safety levels for users.
In a press statement issued today, Sunday, the Ministry of Public Works said that these works are carried out in light of directives from Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan to intensify monitoring, follow-up, and on-site supervision of road maintenance projects, accelerate completion rates, and adhere to approved technical specifications and quality standards.

The ministry added that the works include several main roads, including Al-Abdali, As-Sabiyah, King Fahd, King Faisal, the Fourth Ring Road, and the Seventh Ring Road, as well as internal roads and streets in residential areas across various governorates.
It noted that specialized engineering teams continue to monitor the progress and implementation stages on-site to ensure that maintenance works are completed according to approved schedules.
