Dr. Amthal Al-Huwail, Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood, issued a decision to dissolve six charitable endowments.
Article Two of the decision, published in the official gazette “Kuwait Today,” stipulates that the funds of the dissolved endowments, after their liquidation, shall be transferred to the Ministry of Social Affairs, pending the determination of the entity to which these funds will ultimately be allocated.
Article Three further stipulates that the decision shall take effect from the date of its issuance and publication in the official gazette, and that competent authorities are tasked with implementing its provisions.
