Twelve trainees from diverse technical levels and backgrounds participated in the program, working in a professional environment on real projects and experiencing various stages of product development, from understanding the problem and defining the solution, through design, building, and testing, to implementation and launch.

The program included professional mentoring and workshops on soft skills, covering leadership, emotional intelligence, teamwork, time management, and resume building.

Saudi Al-Anzi, Chief Executive Officer of the Hamad Abdulaziz Al-Saqer Center for Technology and Innovation, stated that empowering the next generation of local talent lies at the core of the Center’s mission. He emphasized that the partnership with "Injaz" helped bridge the gap between academic education and labor market needs, equipping new graduates with the practical experience necessary to innovate in the fast-paced software development environment.

Al-Anzi added that true innovation occurs when young visions meet advanced technology environments, noting that the collaboration with "Injaz" allowed promising developers to directly observe how ideas transition into scalable software solutions. He clarified that developing software to global standards requires, alongside theoretical knowledge, the ability to adapt, solve problems, and work across different disciplines.

For her part, Leila Hilal Al-Mutairi, Chief Executive Officer of the Kuwait Association for Injaz, stated that the partnership with the Hamad Abdulaziz Al-Saqer Center for Technology and Innovation represents a strategic partnership aimed at exchanging academic and technical expertise, and providing opportunities to equip young people with the necessary and required skills for the technology labor market.

Al-Mutairi explained that the cooperation, facilitated through the "Injaz" exhibition for field training opportunities held last July, provided young people with opportunities to experience working in companies and organizations, and to learn about their operational mechanisms by engaging in real work experiences in the departments where they were trained.

She added that "Injaz Kuwait" and the participating organizations are keen to provide real challenges, through which participants learn methods and mechanisms for finding solutions. She noted that the Center trained students in technical skills and artificial intelligence skills through practical practices and experiences that contributed to the success of the training journey.

Al-Mutairi pointed out that the field training program operates throughout the year, calling on organizations interested in providing training opportunities for young people to contact the "Injaz Kuwait" team.

For his part, Mutlaq Al-Majhouol, Projects Manager at the Hamad Abdulaziz Al-Saqer Center for Technology and Innovation, stated that the program was keen to provide trainees with an experience close to the actual work environment and to give them the opportunity to go through various stages of product development.

He noted that some participants discovered during the experience an interest in software development fields that were not among their initial choices, considering that a trainee discovering the most suitable path for them represents one of the important aspects at the beginning of their professional career.

The program concluded with a graduation ceremony that brought together the Hamad Center team, “Injaz,” trainers, and participants, during which certificates were awarded and the trainees’ achievements over the five-week period were celebrated.
