Minister Al-Tabatabaei stated in a speech delivered at the project launch ceremony, alongside the Google team, that the Ministry is steadily advancing in its comprehensive reform and development journey for the educational system, working to achieve the desired goals and aspirations. This effort is in line with the high directives of the political leadership and reflects the continuous support and attention afforded to the education sector to enhance its quality.

He emphasized that cooperation and integration among the stakeholders of the educational system constitute the cornerstone for elevating education in the State of Kuwait to its highest aspirations. He extended his highest gratitude and appreciation to His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah; His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah; and His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Al-Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, for their continuous support and interest in the education sector.

He noted that the Ministry of Education continues to move steadily forward in its development journey and in building an educational model that keeps pace with the future and meets the aspirations of Kuwait and its people. He explained that the project is part of the Ministry’s efforts to support innovation and accelerate the digital transformation process, enabling the school environment to leverage modern technologies to serve the educational process.

He pointed out that educational development is not tied to a single project or isolated technological tool, but rather relies on an integrated system that combines modern curricula, educational pathways, teacher qualification and development, the school environment, and technology. This holistic approach places the learner at the heart of the educational process, equipping them with the tools and skills needed to keep pace with future demands.

He clarified that the project represents an integrated model that combines the "Pathways System," as one of the secondary education development initiatives, with the "Smart School" project, which serves as a supportive digital educational environment for this development. This integration allows female students to experience a more flexible and interactive education, expands opportunities for research, exploration, and self-directed learning, and contributes to the development of digital skills and future-ready competencies.
