Minister of 'Social Affairs' discusses with Tajikistan ambassador enhancing cooperation in social and family fields
Dr. Amthal Al-Huwailan, Minister of Social Affairs, Labor, Social Development, Family, and Children Affairs, held talks today, Thursday, with Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Khosrow Nazari, to explore ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in social and family matters.
According to a press statement from the Ministry of Social Affairs, the meeting emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation and exchanging expertise between the two countries, particularly in the fields of women’s protection, child care, and the integration of persons with disabilities. The discussion also reviewed the key efforts and initiatives undertaken by the relevant authorities in both countries in these areas.
The two sides underscored the depth of relations between the State of Kuwait and the Republic of Tajikistan, and stressed the importance of structuring joint cooperation through memoranda of understanding that contribute to expanding collaborative fields and exchanging expertise.
For his part, Ambassador Nazari expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the State of Kuwait, the Kuwait Red Crescent Society, and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development for the humanitarian aid and development projects they have provided, which have contributed to supporting the Republic of Tajikistan.
